I have been in the health and fitness industry for close to 20 years. My primary focus is working with people 55 and over. I am certified in fitness program design for active older adults coping with the predictable effects of aging, as well as those living with chronic health conditions.
I believe exercise truly is the best medicine. Multiple evidence-based studies, along with my experience leading classes and individually training people with Parkinson's disease, osteoarthritis, and types I and II diabetes, has cemented this belief.
My goal as a fitness professional, no matter who I work with, is always the same: improving mobility, stability, and the overall level of fitness of my clients by modifying exercises to be challenging, safe, and effective.
