the motivation & the challenge
Working with Jen was a great experience. I feel like Jen gave me back my metabolism when I thought I'd lost it after years of being overweight and then a tough pregnancy. Just as importantly she gave me back a sense of confidence and success --she enabled me to accomplish something I doubted I could do. It was never easy, but she always structured the workout to be both manageable and challenging. Jen is direct and candid and encouraging all in the same conversation and I really appreciated that. I felt tired and proud after most of our workouts and saw results in my strength and shape after only about a month. She is often in my head when I exercise now as I remember various suggestions and motivating hints.
fit & fifty
Although very active all my life, the Big 5-0, brought significant change – and not for the better!
Jen quickly developed a specific routine for me – increasing intensity and keeping the routine fresh and challenging. After just my first six sessions with Jen, I lost an inch each off my thighs and waist and added an inch to my biceps! I’m feeling great and am well on my way to again having that strong and toned body. Yes ladies – even at 50 we can do it!
